What to Expect on Your First Visit
Our goal is to make your first visit as comfortable as possible. When you arrive you will be welcomed into our reception area where you will relax and enjoy a beverage while you fill out some introductory paperwork. We have made our NEW PATIENT forms available for download by clicking the button below.
Then our helpful staff will briefly orient you to our practice and answer any preliminary questions you may have. Dr. Villalobos and our team will then perform a comprehensive oral exam and put together a care plan specially designed to meet your individual needs.
